Jordan strongly condemned the ongoing Israeli Occupation attacks on the occupied Palestinian territories, including the latest assaults on Jenin, Tulkarm, and Tubas in the northern West Bank.

These attacks have resulted in numerous casualties, and there is a call for an immediate halt to the systematic Israeli Occupation aggression against Palestinians.

The international community is urged to take decisive and swift action to address these ongoing violations of international law and humanitarian law, and to hold Israeli Occupation accountable as the occupying power.

Jordan emphasized that Israeli Occupation continues to escalate its violations and aggression against Palestinians, especially during its ongoing military campaign in Gaza. This escalation is also marked by violations of the historical and legal status of Jerusalem and its holy sites, as well as incitement by extremist ministers in the Israeli Occupation government, which threatens to further deteriorate the situation and widen the conflict.

Jordan also highlighted that the forced evictions and displacement of Palestinians constitute a blatant violation of international law and humanitarian law. He stressed that Israeli Occupation, as the occupying power in East Jerusalem, is legally obligated to protect the rights of Palestinians in their homes.

Furthermore, the international community and the UN Security Council were called on to take urgent action to protect the Palestinian people, stop Israeli Occupation violations, and ensure that perpetrators are held accountable.
